we have running partnership firm,can we paid cash 30000 salary to workers.

Yes. Rs.30000 paid cash to workers , there is no issue.

No . Cash can't be paid . Transfer to bank account of any one worker and let them distribute

All labour's in remote places does not hv bank account you cannot force a weal poor labour to educate to enforce country policy. policy is for all I do understand but not at the cost of everything. For us living in cities there is no harm. we receive salary I bank account or any firm of remuneration.

I know the cash payment limit. It's AS per sec 40(A) (3) AND SEC 269 ST
