Salary Breakup

Dear Sir,
The Company makes an agreement from an employee for one year, and according to that contract, it is paid 10000 per month. After finishing one year contract & seeing one year work performance, it is rolled on, but no salary increases & currently it is paid as enroll 10000 per month, so my question is what is the salary break up.
