Gross salary- 565000, 194jb fees recd- 77500. can i take 44ada as 50% of 77500 for fees recd from my employer.

Yes u may apply for 44ADA while computing tax for ur salary as per regular methods.
Ur total income in that case would only be upto 603750 . So you can end up 0 tax if u had a properly planned ur saving for tax purpose. ... Otherwise u will end up paying good sum as interest.

Employee would have deducted tax @ 7.5 or 10% u/s 194JB.
Deductor can only consider ur other income for the purpose of salary computation
You can claim refund of the samewhile filing itr
