1.salary income comes under witch head ?
2.company comes under witch head ?
3.is salary income comes under direct income or capital ?
4.I have to pass JV entry or any other ?

1st, it is not mandatory for you to do accounting.
If you are doing so, salary income is your direct income (for accounting purposes) and you have to pass receipt voucher for it. Entry is to pass when you receive it.

1. you need not to open comany account.
2. when you received salary. for that you need to pass receipt entry.

3. Salary income A/c is covered under the head of direct income.
