Exactly your degree will help you only to attend a particular interview, but pay is purely based on the performance in the interview and pay hikes are linked to you how you work after being selected

A good dgree only helps to widen the scope of earning, the only thing matters is performence and abily & confidence to take up any job u are axpected to deliver.. I m giving my example.. I am an M.com and earning around 40K p.m. If u grow such confidence in u along with good degrees then u can expect 7 to 8 lac p.a. And my dear frnd u can achive this not only by good degre but also good knowledge too..

Well dear pratik....as u have such good degree which is highly appreaciated....but the main thing begin when u done with ur interview....the more u reveal ur confident, the more u r going to get d salary....well i think u should get above 40 - 45k.............:)
