while our turnover is less then 1.5.
but fill return on monthly basis due to wrongly selection.

no sac code is not mandatory but descripttion of service to be file in hsn column
If your Turn Over is less than 1.5cr then No need HSN or SAC details in GSTR 1 return...
Also no more worries about choose monthly return option...
