SAC code for penalty
Is there ani section, article, provision or clause which states that the SAC code for penalty shall be the same as SAC code of original service?

Please elaborate the details of "DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE"
Means any section/ provision of the act or circular/ notification etc indicating above treatment of penalty
interest, late fees or any penalty charged from recipient due to late payment will be the part of value of original taxable supply. So same SAC code will be applied.
