No GST is applicable on Interest on loans and rental income from residential house property.

Know the SAC CODE FOR INTEREST ON LOANS AND RENTAL INCOME FROM HOUSE PROPERTY. BUT IF YOU TAKE EMI ON A CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS THRU EMI, THEN GST IS APPLICABLE.
