Does any one know fully about the Exemption in a subject in final or ipcc or pcc...because i know something which most of will not be knowing..

ok if a student get 60 in one subjt of grp one and fails in all and then later he exam for rest three he get one more exemption in other other paper.
so can he take exemption for the second paper..???
