Whether Rule 3 of Payment of Dividend applicable to Interim and Final Dividend both or only final dividend?

One is interim dividend and final dividend.
It's applicable for both interim dividend and final dividend.
All provisions applicable to final dividend are mutantis and mutandis applicable to interim dividend
All provisions applicable to final dividend are mutantis and mutandis applicable to interim dividend
