This will be better if you pay to IT Department through challan (in case of advance tax/self assessment tax)
else attach cheque of the amount with the challan.
can you plz tell me reason of using "rtgs/neft" service?? so that I can update my knowledge.

If even after you want to use RTGS/NEFT facility
than kindly ask for Bank a/c no. of Income Tax Department nearby you.
after that you can get all the details of Bank, MICR, IFSC Code from this site
