CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME WETHER RTA AGENT IS MANDATORY FOR A PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY OR ANYOTHER COMPANY?

RTA is not mandatory for public limited company.

It is appointed to look into the matter of share transfer by outsourcing the same to specilised external agency.

Work of RTA can be done inhouse by the management.
