Dear Sir/Madam,
I hold RSU, ESPP stocks of my US company in US depository account. I declare these in Schedule 'Foreign assert' of ITR2.
Now, the question that I have is.. do we need to declare these stocks under "Whether you have held unlisted shares at any time during the previous year?"
of General schedule as these stocks are unlisted in India?
