can one can explain rule of Rs 5000.00 limit per day for which no rcm applicable. for which type of expense and purchase.

from un register or from composition person like chaye wala.paper wala. or small shop purchase...u can get 5000 limit per day...if purchase above it you need to be in rcm...and if from gst holder u will get itc
