somebody here pls let me knw whether i can file ROI for ay15-16 under order 119(2)(b)?? one of my new client has refund nearely rs 1lakh after meeting the tax liability for that ay for which NO roi is filed, n also ay 2014-15 return also shows invalidated which also has a refund This ROI was filed by his TRp
