Which type of works come under Roc work of a limited company

List is very long.
For example, annual compliance (filing AOC-4,MGT-7 forms)
Filing annual return, drafting different documents etc

Do meeting related work, minutes book, register maintaining, xbrl, etc.comes in ROC works

No it's not like that.
Let say, an advertisement says we need professional for ROC work, then he is supposed to do all these works not just forms coz for filing forms you need to have expert knowledge of drafting minutes, notices etc
