we have incorporated a Pvt Ltd company in Sep 2014 and there is only 1-year return have been filled and 3 years pending. last AGM date in roc site is 31 Dec 2015 and last balance sheet date is 31 Mar 2015, there please tell me what are the forms shall I now fill as earlier three form where filled ADT-1, MGT-7 and AOC-4, please tell me which forms are required to fill. and how to calculate the fees for the same.

For Sept. 2014 Incorporation your financial year end on 31st march 2015. Then kindly follow section 96 for fixing AGM date.

for the FY 2014-2015 it is completed but onething which I don't is that there last AGM which is filled date is 31 Dec 2015. so will it be for 2015-16 or for 2014-15.
take agm date 30th September for all years... and your last query about 2014-15 AGM which you take on 31.12.2015 it is only for 2014-15 and not for 2015-16 as you finalise the 31st march 2015
