Hi I have a query regarding filing of CLSS 2014. First if the docs pending should be filed only then CLSS 2014 has to be filed, then what would be the ROC FEES will it not be the normal fees along with the additional fees. Since we have to quote the SRN means we have to pay the fees with the additional fees then how would we claim refund
There is no question of claim refund over here.....while filing the pending docs, the fees will be charged appropriately.....after all filing is completed, you will have to file a Form CLSS, for which no fees is charged....in form CLSS, after giving the co. name, you will just have to click on the prefill button, it will be automatically pre filled.....
