one our clien wants to increase their Authorised Capital . At present there are having 10 Lakhs as Authorised Capital and 1 lakh as paid up capital.
Option I - Increase AC from 10 lakhs to 50 lakhs
Option II - Increase AC from 10 lakhs to 1 crosre
can any boby tell what will be the ROC fee for the Above
