If I incorporate a company with 10lakh authorized capital. will it be considered as small company by ROC for charging fee.
whether registration fee for such company MOA is 2000(small company) or will it be charged as per pvt ltd company??

According to section 2(85) of the companies act 2013, a small company means the company which has the paid up share capital of which does not exceed 50 lakhs or higher amount as may be prescribed
And
Turnover of which as per its profit and loss does not exceed 2 crores rupees or higher amount as may be prescribed.
provided that such a company shall not be any holding or subsidiary company of any other company
