There are 3 places in which it is written that return of appointment of KMP is to filed with registrar.
1) In rule (Appointment & qualifctn of Director )-Rule no.18 -form DIR-12
2) In rule (Appointment and Remunaeration of Managrl per) Rule no.3 - MR -1
3) Section 179 (3) powers of the Board MGT -14
There is confusion .please help with interpretation , how to tackle this ??
need to file 3 forms as above ??
Yes Desai, for appointment of a KMP, all these 3 forms are to be filed...
Form DIR 12 & MGT 14-within 30 days of BR
Form MR 1-within 60 days of BR...
