Roc-e forms for kmp

Hello

There are 3 places in which it is written that return of appointment of KMP is to filed with registrar.

1) In rule (Appointment & qualifctn of Director )-Rule no.18 -form DIR-12

2) In rule (Appointment and Remunaeration of Managrl per) Rule no.3 - MR -1

3) Section 179 (3) powers of the Board  MGT  -14

There is confusion .please help with interpretation , how to tackle this ??

need to file 3 forms as above ??
