If there is no security created over assets, then there is no need to register with ROC. The Companies Act, 2013 requires all companies to file the requisite particulars with the ROC for all security created over the assets of the company.
in this case borrower who availed loan under inventory funding and the goods produced used as stock and they can avail as hypothecation of that stock?
