We had applied for change of address of our company with holding no. say 251/185 and the change has already been incorporated in MCA database. Now the old holding no. has been withdrawn due to demolish of the building and a township has come into existence since april 2016.
We need to change our address from 251/185 to 1613. Should we reapply for change of address in form INC-22 and attach fresh Board Resolution OR only a letter will be sufficient.
