I have filed Annual Returns viz a viz Form 23AC, 23ACA, 20B, 23B & 66, for FY 2013-14 on 10-08-2015. The addiaional charges have amounted to 12 times the regular fees.
Q1. Is there any way to obtain waiver of the penalty from ROC?
Q2. Is there any amnesty scheme proposed or currently available for filing of returns for the period of FY 2013-14?
I require the above answers very urgently, inc ase anyone can help me out.

Not any scheme is presently in progress, you have to pay additional fees upto 12 times on each form. There is no way for waiver of penalty amount.
