Application for striking off the name of company under the Fast Track Exit(FTE) Mode in Form FTE to be made to ROC.

you can apply through the striking off of name of the company procedures or fast track exit mode.
You can go to fast track scheme
If no liabilities than there is simple winding up procedure. Go to your ROC office fill up the prescribed form and deposit the fees.
