The last date is said to be Oct.31. V can also file after that  with extra Fees i beleive.

It is with in 30days from the date of AGM.

i want to know that what would be the resolution matter for renewal name of the approved and alloted company

The last date without extension for filing annual return for a company whose accounts closes on 31st March will be 30th November.

Within the one month from the AGM. If u will file after one month u will have to paid some extra amounts prescribed by ROC.
 

the filing time for annual return is within 60days from the date of agm

i need a help i am changing the object clause and the name of the company. i have already e filied FORM 1A for availability of name.whether this form is also to be filied physically with the ROC department,kindly guide for the same,and also want to know the further steps after availability of name to change name and object clause.
