Will i please clarify that if we have changed the registered office of a company then whether ROC department will issue the fresh certificate of incorporation or form 18 is sufficient for address changed.. Actually we need to change the address in Sales tax department??
Form 18 is sufficient.
Send an application for change of address along with following documents:
1. Certified copy of Resolution.
2. Copy of form 18.
3. Copy of Challan.
But charu ji & ankur ji,
Sales tax department is demanding fresh certificate issurd by ROC... And ROC is not issued fresh certificate... What should i do...?? Please suggest!!!
