Road permits

Presently where i am doing my job, company convert into Limited company from pvt company but i have some road permit from commercial department at the time of pvt limited company. should it require to correction or changing in the issued waybill

Please get it revalidated with the department.  if department wants the forms to be surrendered then do it and get new forms in the new public limited name.
