RIICO Membership

Dear Sir,

My company took the membership of RIICO Association at Rs 11,000 and on renewal of every year.

It gives us a stage where we can speak about our issues due to Natural problems.
Electricity, Water, Fear of Local peoples in Industrial Area and others.

Is it an intangible Asset, Donation or Charity, Professional expenses, any Subscripttion fees.

can anyone let me know and help in this regard.
I am unable to find the exact address to keep the entry in books.
