The Right to Freedom in the Indian Constitution guarantees the following rights to citizens:

  • Article 19: Freedom of speech and expression, assembly, association, movement, and religion.
  • Article 20: Protection against self-incrimination and double jeopardy.
  • Article 21: Protection of life and personal liberty.
  • Article 22: Protection against arrest and detention in certain cases.
