RFD 01A ERROR UPLOADED IN GST PORTAL AND STATEMENT 3 CAN ANY ONE HELP HOW UPLOADED IT

try to fill statement 3 online @ gst portal
I upload json successfuly but after I week validation they generate error report and said one bill egm date not valid , I cross check document with icegate online portal all fine .then I tolk to help desk they said please upload again. Please help somebody I am in trouble
How to fill statement 3 online? There is no option for filing statement 3 online. I can only see an option of offline utility.
