Revocation of Gst registration after 90 days
sir. our gst registration is cancelled by sue motto...by the department...but I noticed after 90 days...i trying to revocation cancellation gst registration..but portal showing after 90 days it is not possible...how we can resolve...

Yes, Within 30 days -only it's possible.

Not possible now, apply for new registration and transfer ITC from old license to new one and don't forget to mention transfer details during closure and starting of new business.

This procedure required CA certification after due verification of Inpput and output
