Revocation of gst number
My query is that a taxpayer has two gst number in the State of Maharashtra .His accountant wrongly apply for cancellation of gst number which they don't want to apply .In that matter department cancelled the number w.e.f may 2019. Now they want to revoke the gst number . please let me know how can they will do. There is no opinion reflected in the gst portal for revocation.

If You cancelled your registration by yourself than you can not revoke the cancelled GST number..(Because it's cancelled by yourself only).
Revocation applicable can be file when GST officer cancelled your registration.
In your case, you can not file revocation application...

How can they activate gst number which was wrongly canclled by their tax consultant
Now, Can't activate that numbers....
You can take new GST registration...or..can use second active GST number which you have
