i have voluntarly cancelled my gst reg...can i revoke it..? pls reply..thanks in advance

Quick Summary
If you've voluntarily cancelled your GST registration, you may be able to revoke this cancellation. To do so, you'll need to submit all previous returns. The option to revoke is available under 'View My Submissions'.

Yes you revoke it submitting all previous returns.
