mera gst cancal kar diya gya hai.. gst officer ke pass se mera gst return 17month se pending tha isliye...... mera gst 28/01/2020 cancal kiya gya hai...main aapna gst revocation kaise file karuu revocation ka last date kya h
Please refer Rule 23 of the CGST rules, 2017 as amended. The rule clearly says 30 days. If you have not filed the application till 4-5 months, in my opinion you will not be able to file the revocation application now as the portal deploys strict 30 day check
