Revision of tax audit reports

Dear all,

I would like to know what is the procedure for revising the tax audit reports filed for cases under section 44AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961. What if there was a mistake in filing the audit reports and hence the revision is warranted for? Is there any rectification procedure other than revising the entire report?
