As we all know, Schedule VI has been revised w.e.f. 23 Feb. so we all need to prapare Financial statement in accordance of New rules.

As per latest notification on MCA site today, Revised Schedule VI is applicable from 1 April 2011 that means Financial statements as on 31.03.20011 need not to be present as per revised Sch. VI.
