We are going to substitute one clause in incidental objects clause. So my query as follows:
1. Should we provide both existing clause and proposed new clause in the notice of EGM?
2. I want to keep a more clear and readable version on the MCA portal. Till now we were printing the MOA available on MCA portal, changing the page with amendment and rescanning and uploading. So it has lost the clarity. I want to printout the word file of amended MOA, get it signed by directors and upload the MOA. (So the stamp paper etc will not be uploaded)
Is it allowed, or should i continue to upload the MOA by just changing one page.
3. Can i also keep AOA word format with the Form 23. No amendment is proposed to AOA.
