Revised moa for change in objects clause

Hi Baiju,

1.Preparing the new clause is more than sufficient. There is no need to mention the old clause.

2.Yes you can certainly replace the old document. Keep in mind the basic text, signatures and the declaration are not changed. 

In fact every time you make a change in the AOA or MOA the entire Altered document may be provided as it simplifies the work of MCA and ROC

3. You may attach the AOA but keep in mind it should be in the PDF and not Word Format.

There is change in the Directors and members of the company.

In such case what should be done.

As i said, let those pages remain the same, while alter other pages and replace other pages by Adobe PDF
