An assessee has filed the income tax return for AY 21-22 on time and also processed but now assessee wants to revise the income tax return, Updated ITR from as introduced in budget is also yet not available. So what is the remedy now?

You cannot file the ITR for AY 2021-22. 31st March 2022 was the last date to file original or revised ITR for AY 2021-22.
Visit ITO and submit manually if they accept it

It may not happen through e filing mode and you may visit ITO for mannual revision
