I had filed ITR for first time in AY 2008-2009 on time. But, I had e filed the ITR and I was unware that the ITR V has to be submitted at the same IT Assessing Officer's office.
Thus, submitted the ITR V at the city where I was working. Now is there need to re-submit the ITR for AY 2008-2009?
What chages will be done in the ITR?
Will there be any penality?
Can I still e file for AY 2008-2009?
Please answer my all queries.
