May i know, that there is any possibilities to amend GSTR1 of F. Y. 17-18, for them who couldn't do that for any reasons.
Please provide help on this subject.

No. You cant amend. Dept. had posted a clarification on the same issue in GST Portal..
But, actually as per GST act, it was says, till filing of your GSTR3 or Annual Returns which ever is earlier.
now my contest is Annual Return is further extended upto AUG 31,2019.
why such instructions may issued. Portal needs to modified.
