I have typed wrong profit figure inside form AOC 4 but the scan copy of P & L account shows correct profit figure. Can I edit the amount and refile Form AOC 4? Also will my filed AOC 4 be disqualified or notice will be served to company ? Pls advise me.

Yes, Revised filing of AOC-4/AOC-4 CFS/AOC-4 XBRL is allowed, only for the purposes defined under section 130/131 of the Companies Act, 2013
