Revised filing of aoc-4

Previously Form 23AC was not allowed to be revised. So the same might be applicable for AOC 4.. However you can try uploading it and see what message comes from MCA or raise a ticket for it at the MCA portal..

ya, we can revise ALL the RoC filing forms ,provided some additional fee we have to pay.

I think voluntary revision is not possible unless the mistake is pointed out by the MCA Office through MCA 21 System. Then we can resubmit the form after rectifying the defects under the same SRN.

You just need to go to Roc Office to surrender the previous SRN No.which yu have filed wrongly..

And then file the fresh AOC-4 

AOC-4 is approved by STP process. Is it possible for ROC to allow us to file AOC-4 fresh and cancel the earlier SRN No. for already approved AOC-4 by STP Process?
