Yesterday I filed ITR 4 for tax audit, but there i did mistake in Depreciation, shall I revise return today? or wait

You can file it now. You have to do the correct calculation and file revised return.

You can revise the same now. Even if it was not a tax audit case or filed before, no issues unless and until the assessment of it is completed.
