I made a mistake in AOC-4 Form. how to file revised aoc-4 form

if u want to revise u need to take tribunal permission
Once forms uploaded they can't be revised
what to do if there is some mistake in it. does roc helps in cancellation of SRN?
no u/ROC can't cancel..... With out tribunal order
