Please share reviews of Munish Bhandari Book for corporate and allied laws (Paper 4 CA Final old syllabus). ai heard his views not match with ICAI suggested ans., please suggest alternate good study resources for law subject.

he also mentions ICAI view along with his view..so there will be no problem..u can go for it... different view is not in all cases..it's very rare

Its a good book for knowledge purpose but it can not be revised before exam day. ICAI module is good.
