please explain the procedure to purchase goods by unregistered dealer.

If u r regd and purchase from unregistered, you will have to pay GST under RCM ...and u can get credit of that...

What should fill in tax invoice for RCM?
Almost same things as you would fill for other dealers..(Rate of tax, amount, inv no, taxable value)
