Not applicable for period October 2017 to March 2018 as RCM on procurements from unregistered persons is postponed till March 2018

From 1st July to 12th October RCM applicable for URD related inward Supplies ..

From 13th October to 31st March RCM not applicable for URD related inward Supplies....


On or After 1st April 2018 no more clarity about URD related RCM...

Wait on further notifications about RCM under Section 9(4) of CGST act...
