Yes. Diesel and Petrol's GST is applicable only it's related businesses only.
Not applicable to Consumers.....

So, You can book it your account as usual based on previous Tax regime....

we are manufacturer of engine and motor vehicle. during testing of engine at plant, the diesel is required and when we remove the vehicle we fill-up 20 litre per vehicle. please suggest whether we will require we will require to pay gst on reverse charge?
