Cattle feed unit, all sale tax free, but i purchase taxable items, do I have to reverse charge

If you have purchased from unregistered person, then RCM is applicable on such transaction even your output supply is taxfree. But don't worry, RCM on purchase from unregistered person is suspended till 30th june 2018.
